Delivery & Returns


All orders are individually processed within 1-3 business days. If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, delivery takes about 3-5 days for domestic orders and 7-21 days for international orders.

Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address the order was placed under. Pre-shipment status does not mean the order has shipped. It means that USPS has been notified of the tracking number (mailing label).

Orders are subject to ship before or after an estimated ship date.



All sales are final. However if an item is damaged in transit, we can refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for return or exchange, you must first email us within one day of receiving the package at: In the email, please include a photo to alert us of the damage. You must return the damaged item to us and upon receipt of the damaged item we will be happy to ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you the full purchase price of your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed.
